Dr. Kantorovich is a board certified endocrinologist with extensive international training and more than three decades of experience in clinical practice, research, and academic medicine. He earned his medical degree from the Medical Faculty of Vilnius State University in Lithuania and completed residency and fellowship training in internal medicine and endocrinology at Rabin Medical Center/Sackler School of Medicine in Tel‑Aviv, Israel. Dr. Kantorovich advanced his research expertise through a research fellowship at Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center/UCLA School of Medicine, followed by an NIH Interinstitutional Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Kantorovich has held numerous faculty and clinical leadership roles, including appointments at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, UConn Health, and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. He currently serves as Section Chief of the Division of Endocrinology at Hartford Hospital, where he also practices as a staff physician.
An active researcher and prolific author, Dr. Kantorovich, has contributed extensively to the scientific community through peer‑reviewed publications, book chapters, and national and international conference presentations. His academic work spans endocrine hypertension, metabolic bone disease, adrenal and thyroid disorders, and rare endocrine syndromes.
