Valet is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hartford Hospital 85 Jefferson Street entrance
Valet is offered Mon. - Fri. only.
Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center entrance
Valet is offered Mon. - Fri. only.
Valet Parking Rates
Valet parkers will be charged per hour (up to a maximum daily rate of $9). Please view our fee schedule for details. (Patients should see the area where they are being treated for discounted parking.)
* Tipping for valet service is not allowed. Please know that our valet providers are sufficiently compensated for their services.
Self-Parking Garages
Locations
Medical Office Building Garage is attached to Hartford Hospital’s Medical Office Building at 85 Seymour Street and is accessible 24 hours a day. Cashiers are available Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On weekends, cashiers are available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. During off hours, please see the Security Officer stationed at the entrance to our Emergency Department.
Retreat Avenue Garage is open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is not open on weekends.

Parking Passes:
Long Term passes (Weekly = $25.00; Monthly = $75.00) are sold at the Cashier Office, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4pm. Passes can be purchased at the LAZ front desk after 4pm daily.
